W.R.E.A. Pre-License Education

The Washington Department of Licensing requires the completion of a 90 clock-hour real estate course consisting of a 60 hour "Fundamentals" course and a 30 hour "Practices" course plus school certification before applying to take the state's real estate exam.

We offer self-study online courses using the Internet, which may be used from any location with the proper computer equipment and internet access.

Our Internet program allows instant access to a complete study of each topic at any Internet connection. Other materials, including national and state mock exams are also available. To receive a "Certificate of Completion", the student must complete all course work within 6 months of their registration date and have a passing score on the school's final exams.

The course also includes the "Math and Law Review" classes, (live lecture) at no extra charge. These two, 2.5-hour classes are held as needed at the Academy and are designed to help students pass the state exam. These reviews also provide the student with direct access to our instructors, who will answer any questions that relate to these courses.
