"Basic Essentials" is a two-week training course designed to prepare the new agent for a more productive and profitable career in real estate. Your company will reap the benefits of a trained agent who is familiar with up-to-date trends and issues of the industry and the knowledge and know-how of getting started in the business of real estate.

The "Workshop"; style presentations will allow the student to individually prepare real estate forms, while learning the essential ingredients of a transaction. Interaction with the instructors and other students in the class, through roll-playing, will help put the concepts into perspective.

This 30 Clock-hour course is Washington State certified and approved for continuing education. "Boot Camp" is offered in ten (10) three-hour classes. Classes usually begin on the first Mondays of each month and continue through Friday of the following week . Boot Camp starts over again each month. If a class is missed during any month, a make-up class may be taken during the following months (up to six (6) months from the date of registration). Some of the classes (*shown below) are 3 clock-hour courses and may be used when less than the complete 30 clock-hours are needed.
